Navigation takes place from Tuesday to Sunday (navigation on Monday is not available)
The price includes: navigation, guide service and entrance fees to visited Villas.
All cruises are one-way: coming back to the place of departure is always possible by using buses or trains. See the specific tour for additional information.
Lunch
The lunch takes place at the restaurant “Il Burchiello” in Oriago, a famous seafood restaurant of the “Buon Ricordo” circuit..
The € 25,00 “Tiepolo” lunch includes 3 different menus (fish, meat and vegetarian):
– The fish menu includes: salad with seasonal vegetables; a tris of Venetian cichéti: sarda in saor (typical sardine fried with onion, pine nuts and raisins), sepe col nero (typical Venetian black cuttlefish served on white polenta), baccalà mantecato (traditional stockfish cream emulsified with olive oil, served with polenta); seafood linguine; fresh seasonal fruit salad with ice-cream; 1/4 liter wine and 1/2 liter mineral water.
– The meat menu includes: salad with seasonal vegetables; sliced dried beef, rocket and Parmesan; tagliatelle with speck and zucchini; fresh seasonal fruit salad with ice-cream; 1/4 liter wine and 1/2 liter mineral water.
– The vegetarian menu includes: salad with seasonal vegetables; bruschette with fresh tomato and basil; tagliolini with courgettes and cherry tomatoes; fresh seasonal fruit salad with ice-cream; 1/4 liter wine and 1/2 liter mineral water.
The € 29,00 “Casanova” lunch includes: tris of Venetian cichéti: sarda in saor (typical sardine fried with onion, pine nuts and raisins), sepe col nero (typical Venetian black cuttlefish served on white polenta), baccalà mantecato (traditional cream based on stockfish emulsified with oil, accompanied by polenta); mixed grilled fish made up of salmon, gilthead seabream’s fillet and shrimp; a side-dish of seasonal vegetables; fresh seasonal fruit salad with ice-cream; 1/4 liter wine and 1/2 liter mineral water.
The “Kids” option (until 12 years old) costing € 15.00 includes: schnitzel and chips; fresh seasonal fruit salad with ice-cream; 1/2 liter mineral water.
Nota bene: despite the restaurant has the same name, it’s not managed by our Organization, but our staff carries out periodic checks on the food and service quality.
Luggage Boarding
Due to limited space on board, luggage boarding is allowed only after checking and online booking of it.
The maximum expected size, for each piece of luggage, is the following: 75 x 50 x 30 cm.
The price is € 20.00 for each luggage boarded.
Any luggage greater than the expected measures will require the payment of another luggage.
How to book: when booking the tour, in the “Select tickets” step you will be asked to insert the amount for each otpion you desire to book; please, enter the number of luggages that you want to take on board.
In case that the number of luggages you desire to book should exceed the remaining availability, please contact us on info@ilburchiello.it: our staff will verify any additional availability and will reply you as soon as possible.
The reservation is necessary for: suitcases, trolleys, large travel bags, big backpacks, travel bags or sport bags.
The reservation is not necessary for: lady handbags, cameras, small backpacks.
Please note:
– Passengers must make their own boarding of their luggages, leaving them where indicated by our onboard Staff.
– The boarding of undeclared luggage will be allowed only in case of available space on board and it will require the payment of the above mentioned fee plus an additional penalty of € 10.00.
– The luggage’s storage area is located inside the passenger cabin and it is not guarded. The Management accepts no responsibility for any theft or luggage tampering.

• directly online at the web site www.booking-on-line.com. You can directly check the availability and book the desired cruise. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard); you will immediately receive the vouchers of the booked services;
• at our office by telephone or e-mail and paying by credit card.
Payments
The balance should be paid online by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) upon our confirmation at the web site www.booking-on-line.com; if you have troubles with the direct online payment, please follow this link and retry by following the instructions; you may also call us and give us the debit authorization by telephone, e-mail or fax; please put the name of the credit card holder, card number, expiration date and the CVV (or CVV2)..
Terms & Conditions for seats reservation
(Valid from 1 January 2020)
1. Purchase agreements for service packages included in the various programmes offered are entered into with Antoniana Viaggi of Antoniana Servizi srl, in its role as the Organizer. Under no circumstances shall the Organizer’s liability exceed the purchase value of the packages purchased.
2. A reservation is required; acceptance is subject to seat availability and the reservation is considered completed when the full amount for the services purchased has been paid. Reservations can be made online at www.booking-on-line.com.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances, including events of force majeure.
4. Seats on board the motorboats are not numbered and cannot be reserved; participants can choose any unoccupied seat. All tours will go ahead even in the event of rain as the motorboat has a passenger cabin and the visit to the Villas takes place under cover.
Participants with a reservation are kindly requested to arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes before boarding; no refunds will be given if passengers did not present at the boarding place at the established time. Likewise, no refunds will be given to participants who lose contact with the guide or who do not complete the full excursion booked.
5. As entrance tickets and visits inside the Villas are a complementary service offered by the Organizer, any variations in admission prices shall not entitle the organizer to request supplements or participants to request refunds. No refunds will be given in the event the visit to one or more Villas is not made due to technical, fortuitous or force majeure causes.
6. In the event the boat’s departure is cancelled for technical reasons or any unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure, that are beyond the Organizer’s control, only the sums paid by the traveller will be refunded. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for the sudden and unforeseen closure of the Villas on the day(s) of scheduled visits, for any delays or interruptions to travel caused by issues relating to the opening of locks or bridges by the public administration or through official orders restricting navigation. In the event one Villa is unexpectedly closed, another Villa can be visited as an alternative. If part of the route is closed due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure, or by the order of the relevant authorities, the Organizer may arrange for a replacement bus service to complete the excursion without having to offer any form of refund. If the Padua – Stra stretch is blocked as a result of an emergency and/or by the order of the relevant authorities, the booked navigation service will begin or end in Stra with no right to a refund. During the daylight saving time period, namely the month of March and towards the end of October, the afternoon visit to Villa Widmann on tours departing from Venice will not be made for technical reasons and the price will remain unchanged.
7. Small animals may be brought onboard if they are in a dedicated pet carrier or on a leash and muzzled; authorization is required for larger animals.
Photographic equipment may not be used inside the Villas. The organizer is not liable for personal items left on board during stops en route. Only small bags may be brought on-board, i.e. hand bags, video and camera equipment and soft backpacks. An online reservation is required and all extras paid for, including supplements for suitcases, trolley cases, backpacks, travel or sports bags. There is no porter service.
8. If a booked service is cancelled by a passenger, the following penalties shall apply:
– 50% of the total amount, if the cancellation is made no later than 5 days in advance;
– 100% of the total amount, if the cancellation is made after this deadline, or in the event of a no-show.
9. If a member/part of a group booking in which there are least 15 people cancels a service, the following penalties will be applied:
– for partial changes, up to 10% of the value of the booked services is payable, no charge if the changes are communicated no later than 5 days before the start date of the service;
– for major changes a penalty of 50% of the value of the booked services if the cancellation is made up to 5 days before the start date of the service;
– the full amount of the services booked after this deadline or in the event of a no-show.
10. Any disputes will be dealt with by the Court of Padua.
In case of conflicting interpretations, only the Italian version of the Terms & Conditions (“Condizioni generali per la prenotazione dei posti”) is considered legally valid.
